I don't know if this really qualifies as an Easter egg, but I never noticed the little '500' in the headlights until I walked in front of my car the other day.

On any given Lotus, the myriad of loose bolts and extra parts that are lost in the door panels and engine bay are like little reminders of the drunk Englishmen who bolted everything together that fateful Tuesday morning.

Not sure if this fonts as an "Easter egg", but I did not realize until I drove one a few weeks ago that the new Jeep Wrangler has the jeep grill logo "hidden" in the interior. Non-jeep owners, can you spot it?

Yup. Like I said, not sure it counts as an easter egg, since it's not that "hidden".

In the glovebox of the Vauxhall/Opel Corsa, there's a shark molded into the plastic.
I remember reading that a designer dared another to put it there and it somehow didn't get noticed and ended up in production.

All the '86' trivia pieces on the GT86. The engine's bore and stroke measures 86x86 mm, and the exhaust's diameter is exactly 86 mm. And then there's this little badge, which - and it took me longer than it should have to spot this - represents a set of boxing pistons.
And of course, the car's whole name is a reference to the original AE86/hachi-roku chassis code.

The original R50 and R53 MINI's have a subtle MINI Logo built into the auto ac on the center stack below the cd player and above the toggle switches.
This became much less subtle and elegant on the R56 generation.
And is now gone completely on the newest generation.

I completely forgot about VW's Comfort Window thingy (works like on the video below or while keeping the key turned in the door). I've seen it working on everything from high-end B5.5 Passat to early 2000 Polo and more recent cars.
And there also is the hidden diagnostic menu avaiblable on the Climatronic panel (works on my parents Passat 3BG). You can get temperatures, instant (and accurate) speed, ...
I don't know if you can call these easter eggs, but they are cool little tricks (especialy the first one), and they seem to be woring on the vast majority of VAG products.

I can do that with my Acura, not quite an Easter Egg! Just a nice feature. I can open all my windows with the key fob and find diagnostic info through the nav. Speaking of diagnostic tricks though, I know early 2000 Chryslers had a key trick which would throw the codes onto the odometer screen

Logo on the hood of a Geo Prizm. It's a Geo with a Chevrolet bowtie in the logo, and the car is actually a Corolla. It's an economical identity crisis.

most newer-ish cars I've come across (2005+) have the window+fob feature. nice to get a little of the stifling hot air out of a car before getting in during the summer, still get burnt to all hell on the leather and need oven mitts to touch the steering wheel, but at least the air isn't fire.

The Window Thingy is almost in all VWs, even mine! They still have it in current VWs they sell in Mexico, we call it "Funcion de Verano" or summer function as to lowering the windows before turning on the car so the heat comes out.

Any time someone mentions that the P1 & 650S have the logo in the headlight, I like to point out that it' is actually also in the 12C's, though more subtle.

In my first car, the Mazda MX-3, the shape of the side window frame was the same as the shape of the headlights. Amazing there is actually a thread where such factoid would be relevant!

The second gen Dodge Neon has a secret gauge self-test. With the ignition in "on", you hold the odometer button for a few seconds and then turn the key to "run" while still holding it. All the dash lights will come on and the needles will sweep up and down.
